Our Products

MW WOODWORKS, LLC specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order woodworking products produced using CNC precision techniques. Because our products are made to order, each item is unique and produced specifically for you upon purchase.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are representative and minor variations in grain, color, and finish are inherent to natural wood and do not constitute a defect.

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount. We do not store your payment card details - all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at the email address listed below.

Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations. If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Production and Shipping

Orders are typically produced and shipped within 1–2 weeks of order confirmation. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume and product complexity. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping timeframes are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at the email address below before sending any item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items that are damaged, used, or returned outside the 14-day window will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Claims made outside this window may not be honored.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product names, logos, and content on this website are the property of MWWOODWORKS CNC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MWWOODWORKS CNC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
